It is therefore appropriate that The<br \/>\nHague has been chosen to witness yet another pronouncement in defense<br \/>\nof human rights.  That pronouncement has been titled The Hague<br \/>\nDeclaration by the new international group, called the Digital<br \/>\nStandards Organization (&#8220;Digistan,&#8221; for short), that crafted it.
